The Role
As a Senior Building Surveyor, you ll deliver a wide range of surveying and project management services across a diverse and engaging portfolio. Projects span sectors including education, commercial, retail, and care, offering both scale and variety.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering a full range of professional building surveying services
- Managing refurbishment and improvement projects from concept through to completion
- Acting as lead consultant and primary client contact
- Preparing specifications, reports, and technical documentation
- Undertaking contract administration and project management duties
- Collaborating with internal teams and external consultants
- Ensuring projects are delivered safely, compliantly, and to a high standard
The Ideal Candidate
We re looking for a confident and experienced Chartered Building Surveyor who can bring:
- MRICS status (essential)
- Proven experience delivering both professional services and project management
- Strong technical expertise in refurbishment and asset improvement works
- Proficiency in CAD software
- Revit experience (desirable but not essential)
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in client-facing situations
- A proactive, collaborative, and solutions-focused mindset
