The Role
Working as part of a busy and supportive team, you'll play a key role in coordinating bookings and ensuring every customer receives a seamless and professional experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing online and telephone bookings for private services
• Responding to customer enquiries via email, live chat, social media, and phone
• Delivering a high standard of customer service and managing expectations
• Liaising with internal teams to ensure smooth scheduling and communication
• Accurately recording customer information and maintaining booking systems
• Supporting ongoing improvements to processes and service delivery

About You:

• Previous experience in a customer-focused or administrative role
• Confident using multiple systems with strong IT skills
• Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional manner
• Highly organised with strong attention to detail
• A team player who enjoys working collaboratively
• Knowledge of private healthcare or diagnostic services would be an advantage
