Sellick Partnership is currently recruiting for a Neighbourhood Housing Team Leader to work in the Leicestershire area, this is a hybrid working role, in a progressive organisation. This opportunity has arisen due to a restructure and is an exciting opportunity for the right Housing candidate.

Key responsibilities of Housing Team Leader

• Providing line management to a small team of Tenancy Officers
• Allocating and monitoring the workload of Housing Officers and Assistants
• Dealing with shared-owners, landlords and leaseholders in regards to low level ASB and estate management
• Managing a caseload across a geographical patch

Required skills and experience of the Neighbourhood Housing Team Leader

• Greater knowledge of Housing legislation
• Ability to offer guidance and support
• Previous experience of working in the Housing sector in a Housing Association or Local Authority (specifically dealing with Tenancy Management and Housing)
