Job Description
My client is looking for an experienced Electricians Mate to join an innovative, established business on an ongoing temporary basis based in Sunderland.
This position will be based in a factory environment.
This placement will last between 6 to 12 months.
Package -
Standard rate is 12.81 per hour
Overtime rate at 19.22 per hour
Monday to Thursday
08:00 until 16:30
Friday
08:00 until 13:00
25 days holiday increasing year on year
Key Responsibilities -
Carry tools, materials, and equipment to job sites
Prepare and clean work areas before and after tasks
Help with basic electrical tasks under supervision
Run cables, drill holes, and mount electrical components
Follow technical instructions and site plans
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Use basic hand and power tools safely
Required experience -
Basic understanding of electrical systems
Good practical and manual skills
Ability to follow instructions and work as part of a team
Strong attention to detail
Physically fit
