Learning and Development Partner

SF Partners are working with an amazing white collar business who are looking for a Talent & Development Partner/ Learning and Development Partner to drive learning, leadership, and career growth across the business. You'll use data and insight to identify capability gaps, design high-impact development programmes, and embed practical solutions that boost performance and engagement.

Location: Coventry
Hours: 37.5 per week - Hybrid: 3 days in office
Salary £40,000 per annum.

What You'll Do:

Design and deliver leadership and management development programmes.
Build clear career pathways for all levels of leadership.
Use data to prioritise initiatives and measure impact.
Support succession planning, coaching, and a culture of continuous learning.
Lead strategic use of the Apprenticeship Levy and enhance onboarding.

What We're Looking For:

Proven Learning & Development experience, including leadership programme design.
Skilled facilitator with senior stakeholder credibility.
Experience using data to shape priorities and demonstrate impact.
Knowledge of the UK Apprenticeship Levy.
CIPD Level 5+ or equivalent is desirable.
