They are looking for an In-house Construction Lawyer to support their small in-house team from Lancashire office.
Description
The In-house Construction Lawyer will be:
- Advising on NEC and JCT contracts across a range of projects
- Managing legal risk across construction and installation activities
- Supporting on other commercial contracts
- Supporting and managing internal and external stakeholders
Profile
The In-house Construction Lawyer should have a law degree and experience reviewing, drafting and negotiating range of commercial and construction contracts, namely NEC and JCT contracts.
You will need to be commercially minded with strong stakeholder management skills and the confidence to give robust legal advice to the business.
