Description

You will work alongside outstanding litigators on a broad range of complex, cross-border matters, including:

• High-stakes commercial litigation
• Shareholder and company law disputes
• Insolvency and restructuring-related litigation
• Trust and fiduciary disputes
• Contentious regulatory matters
• The role involves hands-on advocacy, strategic case management, and direct client engagement.

Profile

• 3+ years' post-qualification experience, ideally from a reputable commercial litigation or disputes practice
• Strong technical skills and experience with complex, document-heavy matters
• Excellent advocacy, drafting, and communication abilities
• An interest in developing a long-term offshore career
• Common law qualification (UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, or similar)
