About the Role

We are currently seeking an experienced and reliable Commercial Gas Engineer to join our team on a temporary-to-permanent basis in Bristol. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled engineer looking for long-term stability and career progression within a growing company.

Key Responsibilities

• Installation, servicing, and maintenance of commercial gas systems and appliances
• Fault finding and diagnostics on a range of commercial heating systems
• Ensuring all work is carried out in compliance with current gas safety regulations
• Completing relevant documentation and reports accurately
• Providing excellent customer service on-site
• Working independently and as part of a wider engineering team

Requirements

• Valid Commercial Gas Qualifications (e.g., CODNCO1, CIGA1, ICPN1, TPCP1/1A)
• Proven experience in a commercial gas engineering role
• Full UK driving licence
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
• Good communication and customer-facing skills
• Ability to work flexibly and manage workload effectively

Desirable

• Experience working in plant rooms and large commercial sites
• LPG qualifications (advantageous but not essential)
• Electrical knowledge or multi-skilled background
