Job Description

Belmont Recruitment are currently looking for a Personal Assistant/Senior Administrator to join Derby City Council on an initial 3-6 month temporary contract. This is a full-time role working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to the Senior Management Team
  • Manage diaries, meetings, and correspondence
  • Prepare documents, reports, and meeting materials
  • Take minutes and support the coordination of meetings
  • Maintain accurate records and filing systems
  • Assist with data collection and general office administration

About You

  • Previous experience in an administrative or business support role
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • Confident using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
