Residential Property Manager

In this role you ll manage a portfolio of residential properties throughout the whole rental process, keeping everything up to date and dealing with any enquiries or issues.

Location: Winchester

Role: Permanent, Full time / 9-6 / Mon Fri / 1 in 7 Saturdays 9-1

What you'll be doing:

Carry out six-monthly property inspections across the SFH portfolio

Identify and report maintenance, health & safety and compliance issues

Coordinate and conduct tenant move-ins, check-ins and check-outs

Complete and review inventory checks at the start and end of tenancies

Ensure properties are presented to a high standard prior to occupancy

Compare check-out conditions against inventories and report damages or issues

Liaise with contractors, tenants and internal teams as required

Maintain accurate inspection notes, reports and records on property systems
