This isn't just a "box-ticking" HR role. I'm looking for someone who wants to be the architect of a workplace culture across a stunning portfolio of hotels, restaurants, and bars. This business is "all kinds of extraordinary," and they need an HRBP to match.
The Mission
Working from their Central Support Office, you won't just be an advisor; you'll be a coach and a culture-shaper. You'll be the right hand to hotel leaders, helping them move beyond standard operations to create environments where teams don't just work-they thrive.
