You'll work on varied plant equipment, develop your technical expertise, and contribute to ensuring the smooth operation of a complex and high-profile environment.This position would suit a Mechanical Engineer or Technician with experience in maintenance, looking for a stable, long-term role with excellent training, progression opportunities, and a highly attractive benefits package.The Role: Reactive and planned preventative maintenance (PPM) on mechanical systems and plant equipment Fault finding, servicing and repairs across a large and varied estate Working on systems such as pumps, motors, valves, HVAC, AHUs, pipework and associated plant Working within a team to ensure all facilities remain fully operational Ensuring all work is completed in line with Health & Safety standardsThe Person: Mechanically qualified (NVQ Level 3 / Apprenticeship or equivalent) Experience within a maintenance environment (commercial, industrial or facilities) Knowledge of systems such as HVAC, pumps, pipework, compressors or similar Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills Flexible, proactive approach to work
