Role: Catering Manager
Pay: 15.90
Duration: 2-3 weeks
Key responsibilities/duties:
- Order stock
- Rotate stock
- Train staff
- Hands-on role
- Till work
- Update prices
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Create menus
- Follow health and safety; promote health and safety as a top priority
Person specification / requirements:
- Mass catering experience (essential)
- Working in a subsidised canteen (desirable / essential)
- Level 3 food hygiene certificate (essential)
- Leader / management experience
- Ability to work on own initiative in a structured, logical approach
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Relevant computer skills / ordering systems (till system / invoicing experience with a cashier system desirable)
