Head Chef
We are currently seeking an experienced and passionate Head Chef to lead the kitchen at a well-established golf club in Hornsea.
Position Details:
- Location: Hornsea
- Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm
- Working Days: 5 days per week (including weekends)
- Pay: Up to 15 per hour (depending on experience)
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee all kitchen operations and daily food service
- Plan and develop menus suitable for members and events
- Manage stock, ordering, and food costs
- Lead, train, and motivate kitchen staff
- Ensure high standards of food hygiene and safety compliance
- Deliver consistent, high-quality meals and presentation
- Use locally sourced produce where possible
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Sous Chef
- Strong leadership and organisational skills
- Knowledge of food safety regulations
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
