Internal and Corporate Communications Officer - 12 mth FTC - 22.5 hrs

My client is seeking an experienced Internal & Corporate Communications professional to join their team on a part-time, 12-month fixed-term contract. Day-to-day of the role:

• Plan and deliver creative, multi-channel internal communications campaigns.
• Enhance our internal communications strategy, tools, and processes.
• Use insight, data, and analytics to shape targeted communications that deliver results.
• Lead key internal events, including all-staff meetings and employee recognition initiatives.
• Promote two-way communication across internal platforms.
• Act as a brand ambassador and ensure a consistent tone of voice across all messaging.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• Proven experience delivering impactful internal communications strategies.
• Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
• Experience managing a variety of communication channels and delivering content for diverse audiences.
• Confidence in working with and advising senior leaders.
• Skilled in planning and delivering large-scale internal events.
• Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
• A collaborative approach and commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace.
• Confidence in championing brand standards and tone of voice.
• A relevant qualification in marketing, PR, communications-or equivalent professional experience.
