My client is seeking an experienced Internal & Corporate Communications professional to join their team on a part-time, 12-month fixed-term contract. Day-to-day of the role:
- Plan and deliver creative, multi-channel internal communications campaigns.
- Enhance our internal communications strategy, tools, and processes.
- Use insight, data, and analytics to shape targeted communications that deliver results.
- Lead key internal events, including all-staff meetings and employee recognition initiatives.
- Promote two-way communication across internal platforms.
- Act as a brand ambassador and ensure a consistent tone of voice across all messaging.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience delivering impactful internal communications strategies.
- Strong writing, editing, and storytelling skills.
- Experience managing a variety of communication channels and delivering content for diverse audiences.
- Confidence in working with and advising senior leaders.
- Skilled in planning and delivering large-scale internal events.
- Highly organised, proactive, and comfortable managing multiple priorities.
- A collaborative approach and commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace.
- Confidence in championing brand standards and tone of voice.
- A relevant qualification in marketing, PR, communications-or equivalent professional experience.
