HR Administrator
Based in North London
Temp 8 week contract
Hybrid Working - 3 days in 2 from home
21.63- 28.73 per hour
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a wide range of HR cases, including absence management, performance issues, and disciplinary matters
- Provide timely and accurate HR administrative support across the employee lifecycle
- Handle high volumes of queries and casework efficiently while maintaining attention to detail
- Ensure all HR processes are followed in line with company policy and employment legislation
- Support HR colleagues and managers with ongoing case management and documentation
Requirements:
- Proven experience in an HR administrative or similar role
- Strong experience handling high-volume HR casework
- Working knowledge of absence management, performance, and disciplinary procedures
- Ability to quickly adapt and "hit the ground running"
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Working Pattern:
- Hybrid working model: 3 days in the office , 2 days working from home
