The HR Administrator will support the Human Resources department in a Facilities Management setting, ensuring smooth and efficient HR operations. This temporary role is based in Coventry and requires excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.

They are now seeking a temporary HR Administrator to join their team in Coventry, at their head office.

Description

  • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
  • Assist with recruitment processes, including scheduling interviews and managing applicant records.
  • Support the on-boarding process for new employees, ensuring compliance with all required documentation.
  • Handle general HR Administrative tasks such as updating databases and preparing reports.
  • Respond to employee queries and direct them to the appropriate resources when needed.
  • Coordinate training sessions and maintain training records for staff members.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and legal requirements in all HR activities.
  • Collaborate with the HR team to support various projects and initiatives.

Profile

A successful HR Administrator should have:

  • Prior experience in a HR Administrator role.
  • Any exposure or previous work involving Tupe processes would be beneficial.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Proficiency in using HR software and Microsoft Office applications.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A keen eye for detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • An understanding of HR policies, procedures, and employment laws.
