Composites Technicians (Late Shift) Hampshire £24.50-£25.50 per hour (Ltd company) - Outside IR35 6+ Month Contract Late ShiftWe're working with a high-end automotive manufacturer specialising in carbon fibre and precision-engineered components, supplying into the performance and luxury vehicle sector.Due to continued growth, we're looking for experienced Composites Technicians to join the team on a late shift. Key Responsibilities: Laminating carbon fibre components to precise specifications Working with a range of composite materials and lay-up techniques Interpreting engineering drawings and technical instructions Ensuring all work meets high end quality standards Working within a fast-paced, high-spec production environment Requirements: Proven experience in composites within automotive, motorsport, or aerospace environments Strong hands-on laminating experience (wet lay-up, pre-preg, vacuum bagging) Experience working with carbon fibre components Ability to read and follow technical drawings High attention to detail and quality Ability to work late shiftsIf you feel you are a match for the above, please get in touch.
