Job Title: EHCNA Coordinator
Contract: Until September 2026 initially
Rate: £250 per day (Inside IR35)
Location: Fully Remote
Start: ASAP
Key Responsibilities:
- Managing a caseload of Education, Health and Care Needs Assessments (EHCNAs)
- Coordinating multi-agency input across education, health, and social care
- Ensuring statutory timelines are met
- Producing high-quality, compliant documentation
Key Requirements:
- Proven experience managing EHC Needs Assessments within a local authority setting
- Strong understanding of SEND legislation and statutory processes (Children and Families Act 2014)
- Experience working to strict statutory deadlines
- Ability to liaise effectively with parents, schools, and multi-agency professionals
- Excellent written skills, with experience producing EHCP-related documentation
- Able to manage a busy caseload independently
