Job Title: Exchange Engineer
Location: Fully remote
Day rate: 500 - 550 Inside IR35
Employment Type: 3-6 month rolling contract

What You'll Be Doing
Designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Exchange environments (on-prem, hybrid, and/or Exchange Online)
Managing migrations from legacy platforms to Exchange Online (M365)
Troubleshooting complex mail-flow, performance, and security issues
Maintaining and optimising Exchange infrastructure, including DAGs, databases, and transport services
Working with stakeholders to improve reliability, security, and user experience
Supporting related technologies such as Active Directory, Azure AD, PowerShell automation, and M365 security & compliance
What We're Looking For
Strong experience with Microsoft Exchange 2016/2019 and/or Exchange Online
Knowledge of hybrid Exchange configurations
Solid understanding of PowerShell scripting
Experience with migration tools (e.g., BitTitan, Quest, native M365 tooling)
Good working knowledge of M365, Azure AD, mail-flow, DNS, certificates, and security configurations
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work autonomously
Nice to Have
Experience with email security platforms (Mimecast, Proofpoint, etc.)
Knowledge of Intune, Teams, or wider M365 administration
Exposure to automation or infrastructure-as-code
