Account Manager -12 month FTC

We're currently recruiting on behalf of our well-established, Halifax-based client who is looking to bring in a Customer Account Manager to join their team on a 12-month FTC. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys building relationships, delivering excellent service, and playing a key role in customer retention and satisfaction.

Salary - upto 28,000

Your responsibilities:

• Manage a portfolio of customers, focusing on engagement, satisfaction and retention
• Build strong relationships through regular contact and proactive communication
• Support onboarding of new customers
• Identify at-risk accounts and take action to improve retention
• Monitor customer activity
• Work closely with internal teams to improve the customer experience
• Review feedback to spot trends and improvements
• Keep accurate records of customer interactions and updates
• Support customers with renewals

• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Organised with good attention to detail
• Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple accounts
