Prospero Teaching are looking to recruit an experienced Social Science's teacher for a positions starting April 2026.
The ideal Psychology teacher will be qualified, hold a degree related to Psychology, and have a strong background teaching at secondary level.
As a Psychology teacher, you will be hard-working, a team player, and someone who engages effectively with both students and staff. The school is looking to appoint a Psychology teacher to join a thriving and dynamic department starting ASAP.
This Psychology teaching post is a maternity cover position, expected to run for the full academic term, with the potential for extension depending on the needs of the school.

THE RIGHT PSYCHOLOGY TEACHER WILL BE:
Hold a BA and PGCE in Psychology (or related subject)
Confident teaching A Level Psychology (and ideally Sociology)
Creative, patient, and able to differentiate effectively
Passionate about student progress and achievement
Available ASAP
THE SUCCESSFUL PSYCHOLOGY TEACHER WILL HAVE THE FOLLOWING:
Strong academic background
UK secondary school teaching experience
Eligibility to work in the UK
Able to provide teaching references for the last 2 years
A fully enhanced DBS on the online update service
Salary paid to scale MPS or UPS depending on experience
