Your new role

  • Reception duties - recording all messages, directing calls and dealing with queries.
  • Undertake all routine administration
  • Assist with management of conference facilities
  • Sorting and processing mail
  • Maintenance of filing system


What you'll need to succeed

  • Proven admin experience
  • Strong communication skills
  • Organised and able to work independently or as part of a team
  • Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
  • Able to work Wednesday, Thursday & Friday on site
  • Must pass DBS check
