Are you looking for a rewarding role that fits perfectly around school hours? We are currently recruiting a reliable and hardworking Kitchen Porter to join a friendly school kitchen team in Tunbridge Wells.
About the Role:
As a Kitchen Porter, you will play a vital part in keeping the kitchen running smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include:
- Supporting the catering team with daily kitchen duties
- Washing up and maintaining cleanliness of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Keeping food prep areas, surfaces, and floors clean and hygienic
- Assisting with basic food preparation where needed
- Ensuring all health and safety standards are met
What We're Looking For:
- A positive and proactive attitude
- Reliability and good timekeeping
- Ability to work well as part of a team
- Previous kitchen or catering experience is desirable but not essential
- An enhanced DBS certificate (or willingness to apply for one)
