You'll work directly with a hands-on Head Chef, giving you real input into menus and the direction of the kitchen-perfect for a Sous Chef who wants to grow, innovate, and make an impact.
What You'll Be Doing
- Supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
- Helping design and develop à la carte menus and daily specials
- Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation standards
- Leading and motivating a small, close-knit team of 4 chefs
- Delivering consistently under busy service conditions
What We're Looking For
- Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
- Passion for fresh, high-quality food and presentation
- A calm, organised approach in a fast-paced kitchen
- Creativity and enthusiasm for menu development
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- A genuine desire to progress and grow within the business
