You'll work directly with a hands-on Head Chef, giving you real input into menus and the direction of the kitchen-perfect for a Sous Chef who wants to grow, innovate, and make an impact.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Supporting the Head Chef in day-to-day kitchen operations
  • Helping design and develop à la carte menus and daily specials
  • Maintaining exceptional food quality and presentation standards
  • Leading and motivating a small, close-knit team of 4 chefs
  • Delivering consistently under busy service conditions

What We're Looking For

  • Experience as a Sous Chef or strong Junior Sous ready to step up
  • Passion for fresh, high-quality food and presentation
  • A calm, organised approach in a fast-paced kitchen
  • Creativity and enthusiasm for menu development
  • Strong teamwork and communication skills
  • A genuine desire to progress and grow within the business
