Yard Operative

We are currently sourcing Yard Operatives to join a busy and well-established company based in Chipping Campden!

As a Yard Operative, your role will include:

Loading and unloading deliveries safely and efficiently
Organising and maintaining stock within the yard
Assisting drivers with vehicle movements and directions
Keeping the yard clean, tidy, and safe at all times
Carrying out routine equipment checks and reporting faults
Supporting warehouse or site teams when required
Following all health and safety procedures
Working in a fast-paced, outdoor environment

Skills required as a Yard Operative:

Previous experience in a yard, warehouse, or similar environment (preferred)
Good level of physical fitness
Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
Strong work ethic and reliability
Good communication and teamwork skills
Forklift licence (desirable but not essential)

The details:

Monday - Friday / 7am - 5pm

£13.00 per hour (higher rate available depending on experience)
Chipping Campden location
Long-term, temporary to permanent opportunities
