Responsibilities of the HR Administrator
- Providing overall administrative support to the HR Department
- Accurately inputting data onto CRM systems
- Dealing with enquiries from technicians, and office-based staff
- Performing vetting for new employees
- Writing up contracts for new employees
- Updating the CRM databases with leaver information
- Generating reports for HR Managers
Ideal requirements of the candidate
- Strong administration skills
- Excellent communication skills - written & verbal
- High levels accuracy and attention to detail
- Be able to work under pressure, and adapt to changing requirements
- Proficient in IT and using CRM systems
- Great team player
