Exciting News! We have a new opportunity to join a state-of-the-art workshop. Due to rapid growth, we are looking for skilled staff members to join our team and play a vital role in delivering exceptional service prepping our vehicles for paint, ensuring our clients receive nothing but the highest standard of service.
- Location: Corby
- Position: Vehicle Prepper
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday. Working weekly shift rotation 6am-2pm/2pm-10pm
- Salary: £15.95p/h, increasing up to £19.14 including unsociable hours and overtime premiums.
Looking for a hands-on role in a fast-paced environment? You will be responsible for accurately and efficiently preparing the vehicles ready for the Paint Refinishers and Panel Beaters:
Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare vehicles for paint and panel repairs.
- Perform masking, sanding, priming, buffing, and polishing.
- Maintain workshop cleanliness and equipment.
- Follow health and safety guidelines.
About you?
- To be successful, you must be over 22 years old, possess a valid driver s license with fewer than 6 penalty points, and have no DR10 offenses for insurance purposes.
- Previous Vehicle Prepping experience is required.
- Reliable and responsible, with a strong commitment to safety.
- Good communication skills and a team player.
- Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
