Learning Support Assistant (ASD School) Psychology Graduates Welcome

Location: Central London
Start Date: Immediate Start - Ongoing
Contract: Temporaray to Permenant, Full-time (term-time only)

Are you a psychology graduate looking to gain hands-on experience in a specialist education setting? Do you have an interest in Autism (ASD), Applied Behaviour Analysis (ABA), or Verbal Behaviour (VB)?

We are working with a specialist ASD school seeking dedicated and enthusiastic Learning Support Assistants to join their team.

About the Role
  • Supporting children and young people with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD)
  • Working 1:1 or in small groups to support learning and behaviour
  • Implementing strategies based on ABA/VB principles
  • Assisting with communication development and social skills
  • Helping create a structured, supportive learning environment
Ideal Candidate
  • Psychology graduate (or related field)
  • Experience with ASD, ABA, or VB is highly desirable
  • Passion for supporting children with additional needs
  • Patient, resilient, and proactive attitude
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills
