Due to continued high demand, we re on the lookout for motivated and reliable Production Operatives to join a thriving manufacturing business in East Kent. This is an ongoing temporary position offering consistency, variety, and the chance to build valuable skills in a supportive environment.

You ll be part of a team producing life-saving devices, making this role both rewarding and meaningful.

What you ll be doing:

• Working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
• Assisting in the production of life-saving products
• Safely operating machinery and equipment (training provided)
• Maintaining high attention to detail throughout the production process
• Ensuring all products meet quality standards
• Supporting across different production areas including cutting, bending and assembling

What we re looking for:

• A positive, can-do attitude and strong work ethic
• Reliability and punctuality
• Ability to use initiative and think on your feet
• Good awareness of health and safety practices
• Previous manufacturing experience is helpful, but not essential
