Renault Retail Group is expanding its presence at the iconic Battersea Power Station with rnlt, our modern, immersive boutique designed to bring the Renault brand closer to the community.
The rnlt space showcases Renault s latest electric and hybrid vehicles alongside lifestyle pieces from the Renault Originals collections. This purposefully compact, experience?driven environment blends warmth, design and digital interactivity, reflecting Renault Group s FutuREady strategy of elevating customer experience and embracing future technologies.
As a Brand Ambassador, you ll help visitors explore vehicles, merchandise and brand culture. This role combines customer?focused interaction with practical retail responsibilities in a busy, high?footfall environment. It may suit those with experience as a Product Genius, Product Specialist, Brand Host or Customer Experience Host in automotive or experiential retail.
? Working Pattern (20 hours per week)
We offer two fixed part?time options, both including weekend working.
You will select your preferred option during screening and can indicate your preferred weekday(s).
For retail purposes, weekday may occasionally include public?holiday trading days.
Option 1:
• One weekday (Tue Fri): 11 00
• Saturday: 11 00
• Sunday: 12 00
Option 2:
• Week 1: Two weekdays (Tue Fri) 11 00 + Sunday 12 00
• Week 2: One weekday 11 00 + one weekday 12 00 + Saturday 11 00
Weekdays will remain mostly consistent once agreed, with occasional adjustments for public?holiday trading, special events, holiday cover or training (with reasonable notice).
What You ll Do
- Welcome visitors and support them in exploring Renault s latest electric and hybrid models.
- Demonstrate in?car technology, including Google?powered infotainment, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto.
- Support customers using rnlt s digital and AR/QR displays.
- Assist customers with our Renault Originals merchandise range.
- Handle stock checks, item retrieval and small/fast transactions.
- Support replenishment, display updates and ordering store consumables (coffee supplies, till rolls, printer consumables).
- Maintain stock integrity, protect display items during busy periods and prepare sold labels when needed.
- Maintain store supervision and keep customers informed when stepping away to retrieve items.
Process payments and product orders. - Support test?drive enquiries, bookings and ID checks.
- Assist with occasional in?store events. rnlt Battersea has hosted high?profile occasions including the UK debut of the Renault Twingo E?Tech Electric (with Greg James and Jonny Smith) and themed days such as National French Bread Day attended by Renault UK leadership. Events may sometimes require small shift adjustments.
What You ll Bring
• Experience in retail, hospitality or customer?facing roles.
• A calm, organised approach and ability to prioritise during busy periods.
• Confidence supporting customers using Google, Apple and Android smartphone ecosystems.
• Experience in merchandise operations (stock checks, click?and?collect, catalogue lookup, display support).
• A friendly, grounded communication style aligned with Renault s accessible brand.
• Strong attention to detail across stock, payments and customer information.
• A practical approach suited to blended vehicle?and?retail environments.
• Flexibility to work your agreed weekday/weekend pattern.
• Suitability for candidates living within easy reach of Battersea Power Station.
Hours & Pay
- 20 hours per week (Shift Option 1 or 2)
- £15,000 pa basic salary
- OTE £21,000 pa (achievable and regularly reached)
- 5 weeks annual leave, pro?rated for your pattern and start date
- Paid time off in lieu for any bank?holiday working
- Occasional overtime available
