The Role:

Reporting to the Managing Director, the Manufacturing Operations Manager leads a dedicated team covering manufacturing, engineering and purchasing.

The Manufacturing Operations Manager will sit on the Senior Leadership Team and be responsible for developing and implementing the manufacturing operations strategy for the site.

Key tasks will include continuing the significant levels of investment in new skills, people and equipment, introducing structural and cultural change within a highly profitable but traditional manufacturing environment, driving continuous improvement and leading a 50 strong work force in the pursuit of greater profitability and performance.
