What we're looking for:
This role is suited to a proven senior chef with strong leadership experience in luxury hotels or high-end multi-outlet operations.

• Previous experience as Executive Head Chef or Head Chef in a luxury hotel
  Strong background in multi-outlet management (restaurant, bar, events, afternoon tea)
  Solid financial and operational acumen
  A hands-on leader who can inspire and develop teams
  High standards across food quality, presentation, and hygiene
  Calm, organised, and solutions-focused under pressure
  A passion for classic cuisine with a modern touch

What's involved?
You will oversee all culinary operations across the hotel, ensuring consistency, quality, and profitability.

• Leading and developing the kitchen brigade across multiple outlets
  Designing and evolving menus across restaurant, lounge, and events
  Managing GP, budgets, and supplier relationships
  Driving consistency in food quality and presentation
  Collaborating with senior management on business strategy
  Maintaining a positive, professional kitchen culture
