Skills and Experience: Essential: At least 5 years' experience in IT support, including substantial 3rd line and project-based work. Strong hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint, Power Platform). Proven experience with Azure AD / Entra ID, Intune MDM, and Windows Server (2016/2019). Solid understanding of Active Directory, Group Policy, and networking fundamentals. Experience supporting multi-site or multi-entity environments. Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and problem-solving capabilities. Experience implementing or maintaining Cyber Essentials compliance. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
