Our client is an established sheet metal engineering company based in Redditch. Due to an increase in their order book, they are now looking to recruit an experienced Fabricator/Assembler to join their Fabrication Department.
The role is a permanent, full-time role, you'll have the opportunity to prove your exceptional fabrication skills and contribute to the production of high-quality components. With a competitive salary range of £30,420, we're seeking individuals who are passionate about their craft and eager to be part of a dynamic team.
What you can expect:
- Hands-on fabrication work in a supportive, team-based environment.
- Using hand tools, drilling, tapping, deburring and most importantly, MIG & TIG Welding to fabricate and assemble components to customers' specifications.

Preferred Requirements:
- Proficiency in Drilling, Tapping, Deburring, and Machining
- Confident in using hand tools.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings to produce high-quality components
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering exceptional work
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Collaborative mindset and a willingness to work as part of a team
- A strong work ethic, with a solid work history would be a distinct advantage.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Relevant experience in a fabrication or manufacturing environment
- Technical training or qualifications in engineering or a related field
- Demonstrated ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic setting.
