You have a track record of driving customer satisfaction scores, increasing engagement, and consistently delivering excellent Mystery Shopper results and positive reviews. Financial Expertise: You have full P&L ownership. You are an expert at driving top-line sales, managing complex budgets, and controlling costs (Labour/COGS) to maximise GP without compromising on quality. Strategic Leadership: You don't just manage a team; you build a culture. You have a history of developing managers, planning succession, and creating a strong talent pipeline. Operational Excellence: You set the standard. You have total command of Food Safety, Health & Safety compliance, and maintaining 5-star hygiene ratings across the business.
