Overview Our client, a Local Authority based in the Essex requires a Senior Town Planner to work within their DM team for a contract role. You will be required to manage varied caseloads of planning applications and pre-applications, comprising of complex minors, small majors, householder and other minor planning applications, and determining within statutory timeframe and/or local time targets.
