About the Role
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Customer Service Advisor to join our team in Vauxhall. This role is pivotal in delivering a high-quality aftercare service to residents, ensuring a smooth and professional experience from legal completion through the two-year warranty period and beyond.

Key Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for residents, providing a professional and responsive service at all times
  • Manage and coordinate all customer enquiries, defects, and service requests efficiently
  • Deliver a seamless aftercare experience from legal completion through the warranty period and beyond
  • Liaise with and coordinate subcontractors to ensure timely and high-quality resolution of reported issues
  • Maintain clear, accurate, and timely communication with residents regarding progress and outcomes
  • Support the wider Customer Service team in maintaining high standards of service delivery
  • Monitor and track defects and service requests to ensure they are resolved within agreed timeframes
  • Uphold company standards of excellence and continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction

About You

  • Proven experience in a customer service or aftercare role, ideally within housing, construction, or property
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
  • A proactive and problem-solving approach
  • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
  • High attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality service
