Paralegal - Wills, Trusts & Probate
My client is seeking a Paralegal to join the Buckinghamshire Office, offering an excellent opportunity to develop within a supportive and client-focused environment.

The team supports clients at every stage of life, providing advice on Wills, Trusts, Probate, Estate Administration, and Powers of Attorney.
My client is committed to delivering clear, tailored guidance to help reduce stress during often sensitive times.
With a practical and empathetic approach, they pride themselves on building trusted, long-term relationships with our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting fee earners with Probate matters, including preparing applications for Grants of Probate,
- utilising the Probate Case Management System, and liaising with clients, banks, surveyors, and estate agents.
- Assisting with Lasting Power of Attorney matters, including drafting documentation and managing client correspondence.
- Providing cover for the New Business Executive during periods of annual leave, including handling new client enquiries, providing quotations, and arranging appointments
Requirements:
- Previous experience in Wills & Probate is desirable, but not essential.
- Strong organisational and communication skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively.
- A proactive and professional approach.
