WSR is recruiting for a Contracts Administrator for our reputable client in Brixworth.

Salary: Circa £30k, pro rata for PT

Location: Office Based - Brixworth

Working Hours: PT 20 hours per week

Role Type: Permanent

Contracts Administrator Role Overview

Are you a highly organised and proactive Contracts Administrator looking for your next challenge? This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced environment where you will play a key role in supporting project delivery across multiple workstreams.

Working closely with project teams, commercial teams and external contractors, you will be responsible for ensuring projects are set up correctly, documentation is managed efficiently, and compliance requirements are consistently met. This role offers excellent variety and the opportunity to be at the centre of project coordination, administration and compliance.

Contracts Administrator Role Responsibilities:

You will provide comprehensive administrative and project support across a range of functions, including:

  • Setting up and maintaining project folders and documentation systems
  • Transferring and managing schedules of works within standardised formats
  • Supporting subcontractor tender processes, including issuing enquiries and tracking responses
  • Managing subcontractor documentation including pre-qualification questionnaires, insurance, training and compliance records
  • Issuing purchase orders and supporting contractual engagement processes
  • Monitoring and maintaining resource tracking sheets and subcontractor databases
  • Managing compliance requirements including F10 submissions, Building Control notifications and certification tracking
  • Compiling and maintaining O&M manuals and project documentation packs
  • Supporting project teams with RAMS documentation and approvals
  • Maintaining fleet records including servicing and compliance logs
  • Creating project numbers and raising invoices as required
  • Assisting with project cost allocation alongside finance
  • Supporting Health & Safety processes including training matrices, contractor approvals and compliance tracking
  • Recording site activity, including man-days and H&S reports
  • Liaising with internal teams, subcontractors and external advisors to ensure full compliance across all projects

Contracts Administrator Experience, Skills & Attributes:

This role would suit someone who thrives in a structured yet fast-moving environment and enjoys managing multiple priorities. You will also bring:

  • Strong organisational and administrative skills with excellent attention to detail
  • Previous experience within construction, projects or contracts administration (highly desirable)
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines effectively
  • A proactive and solutions-focused mindset
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to liaise confidently with internal teams and external partners
  • A collaborative approach and willingness to support wider business needs
