Working Hours:

• Monday to Friday (No Saturdays)
• 45-hour week
• Typically 7:30am 5:30pm (flexible start available)

We re currently recruiting for an experienced Paint Sprayer to join a busy, well-established bodyshop in the Horley area.

This role is based within a specialist unit focusing on light commercial vehicles (vans), supporting a large hire fleet operation. The work is fast-paced and consistent, offering excellent earning potential and long-term stability.

The Role

Working primarily on vans rather than cars, you ll be responsible for delivering efficient, high-quality paint repairs in a production-focused environment.

• Preparing and painting LCVs / vans
• Carrying out repair work to a high, efficient standard
• Working to timescales within a busy bodyshop
• Ensuring a clean and safe working environment
• Collaborating with a wider team across two on-site units

What We re Looking For

• Proven experience as a Paint Sprayer within a bodyshop environment
• Comfortable working predominantly on vans / LCVs
• Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume setting
• Strong attention to detail and pride in workmanship
• Team player with a proactive attitude
• Qualifications are beneficial but not essential
