Hospitality & Vm Supervisor

We're currently recruiting a dedicated Hospitality & VM Supervisor to help ensure the smooth running of operations at Restaurant Associates on a full time basis, contracted to 35 hours per week.

• Lead hospitality operations at a prestigious independent school and collaborate with the GM on key events.
• Work with the executive chef to ensure costings are accurate and the menu offer is suitable.
• Coordinate with admin to produce accurate weekly/monthly event sheets for production and end of month billing.
• Plan staffing needs, rota and overtime requirements, and communicate with the casual labour team for coverage.
• Maintain repeat bookings (e.g., morning coffee to the headmaster).
• Perform hospitality stock takes and maintain hospitality stores and prep areas.
• Ensure all food safety processes are in place and followed, including transport records and packed lunch hand overs.

• Passionate about great tasting food and exceptional customer service.
• Minimum of two years of catering experience.
• Experience managing teams in a similar role.
• Basic Food Hygiene certificate.
• Excellent communication and organisational skills.
• Ambitious and motivated, always looking to upskill.
