We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Head of Science to lead and develop an engaging, accessible Science curriculum within a specialist setting for pupils with Special Educational Needs (SEN). This is an exciting opportunity for a committed educator to inspire curiosity and foster a love of learning in young people who benefit from tailored, supportive approaches.
Our pupils present with a range of additional needs, including autism spectrum conditions, social, emotional and mental health (SEMH) needs and complex trauma, and associated communication and learning differences. Many require structured, predictable environments alongside flexible, creative teaching strategies to support engagement, emotional regulation, and academic progress.
