We are working with a high-profile infrastructure organisation seeking a talented Property Counsel to join their legal team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on complex, large-scale projects, providing specialist property law advice with a focus on utilities and statutory undertaker matters.
The RoleAs Property Counsel, you will provide high-quality, commercially focused legal advice across a broad range of property matters. You will support key stakeholders and contribute to the successful delivery of major infrastructure projects, ensuring legal compliance while minimising risk.
Key responsibilities include:You will be a qualified solicitor with strong property law experience and the ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary environment.
