25.49 per hour (Umbrella) / 18.74 PAYE

We are currently recruiting for multiple Training Developers to support a major programme within a highly regulated environment.

This is a hands-on role focused on the design, development, and delivery of training solutions across operational teams.

Please note: This role is based on-site in Cumbria, 5 days per week. There is no hybrid or remote working available.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse training needs and design effective learning solutions
• Develop engaging training materials (classroom and digital)
• Collaborate with Subject Matter Experts (SMEs) to gather and validate content
• Deliver training sessions where required
• Conduct post-training evaluations and continuous improvement activities
• Support audits, reviews, and quality assurance processes
• Coach stakeholders in the delivery and use of training materials

Essential Skills & Experience

• Experience in training design and content development
• Strong understanding of structured learning methodologies (e.g. ADDIE or similar)
• Experience creating engaging learning materials across multiple formats
• Confident using Learning Management Systems (LMS) and digital tools
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and manage workload

Desirable Experience

• Experience in regulated, compliance-driven, or safety-critical environments
• Familiarity with structured training frameworks such as SAT (Systematic Approach to Training)
• Experience delivering training in addition to design

Additional Information

• 6-month contract
• Based on-site in Cumbria (5 days per week)
• No flexibility on rate or remote working
• Candidates will be required to undergo security vetting as part of the onboarding process
