HR Manager

Reporting to Head of Finance and Operations, this full time role will work closely with the senior leadership team delivering robust and effective HR, compliance, payroll and recruitment.

This a stand alone role, however, you will also have significant support from a wider group HR function.

In this role you will be monitoring compliance around safer recruitment, so some experience in this, or a strong interest is required.

You will be implimenting, updating and maintaining processess and procedures in line with governement policy and compliance.

This is a multifaceted role will have fluctuations in workloads (with a particualrly busy period to begin with) and responsibilities due to the nature of the organisation, so you can expect no two days to be the same!

You will be an HR professional who is committed to delivering an outstanding quality of work. This is a full time, mostly office-based role with some flexible hours and excellent benefits including study support to enhance your CIPD, free breakfast and lunch, a generous holiday allowance and a wider network of support.

The role is working across two sites so access to a vehicle is required to be considered for this role.
