An exciting opportunity to join a well-established engineering company based in Aberdeen, who are looking to welcome a full time Office Manager to their team. The Office Manager will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all administrative functions within the company.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain smooth and effective office operations.
  • Support senior management.
  • Manage and mentor administrative staff.
  • Implement effective systems, procedures, and policies to enhance productivity and compliance.

Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in business administration, management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years office management experience.
  • Prior supervisory or managerial experience preferred.
