The Project Manager will be responsible for delivering healthcare projects from inception through to completion, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. The Project Manager will manage client relationships, acting as a key point of contact while advising on programme, risk, and delivery strategy.

You will coordinate multidisciplinary teams, including consultants and contractors, ensuring seamless communication across all stakeholders. The Project Manager will oversee project documentation, manage risk registers, and ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.

Working on live healthcare environments, the Project Manager will be expected to carefully manage logistics, phasing, and stakeholder sensitivities. The Project Manager will also contribute to both pre- and post-contract duties, applying best practice project management methodologies throughout.

The Project Manager

A degree in a construction-related discipline is required, with MRICS, MAPM or equivalent accreditation (or working towards). Strong knowledge of JCT and NEC contracts is expected, alongside proficiency in project management tools.

The Project Manager will be organised, proactive, and capable of managing multiple priorities while maintaining high standards of delivery.
