Senior Business Analyst - London Market, PAS, Change & Delivery

Our client, a London Market Insurer, is seeking a Senior Business Analyst to join their UK operation on a permanent basis. This is a key hire within a growing change function, focused on stabilising, enhancing, and optimising a Policy Administration Systemthat was implemented at pace and now requires ongoing improvement.
You'll work closely with Underwriting, Claims, IT, vendors, and senior stakeholders, playing a hands on role across systems, processes, and delivery. This is a business facing, delivery focused position suited to someone comfortable operating in evolving environments.

This is a permanent role paying £85,000 + benefits and requires 2-3 days per week onsite in London (some flexibility).

Experience required:

• Proven end to end London Market experience, with a strong understanding of the full risk life cycle
• Experience working closely with Underwriters
• Strong business focused process mapping skills
• Good systems awareness (deep technical BSA expertise not required)
• Comfortable operating in fast paced, evolving environments
• Confident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills
• PAS experience highly desirable
