What the Successful Travel Coordinator will be expected to do:
- Coordinate and manage all travel arrangements for employees, including flights, accommodation, and transport.
- Develop and maintain relationships with travel suppliers and negotiate cost-effective agreements.
- Ensure compliance with the company's travel policies and procedures.
- Monitor travel budgets and provide cost-saving recommendations where applicable.
- Resolve any travel-related issues or emergencies promptly and efficiently.
- Maintain accurate records of travel schedules and expenses.
- Prepare reports on travel expenditures and supplier performance.
- Collaborate with the other business units to ensure smooth operations.
